Zoobug delivers internationally. Throughout the UK we offer both standard and express services.

Standard Shipping is offered worldwide. The parcel requires a signature upon receipt. This service is not trackable, if you would like to purchase a trackable service then please contact us. Delivery costs £2.50 for orders under £50 throughout the UK and should arrive within 3 working days. For international delivery costs please consult the table below.

Express Shipping is only offered throughout the UK and is fully trackable. The express service is guaranteed to arrive the next day in the UK. For UK customers orders must be received by 3pm to qualify for next-day delivery. If an order is made on a weekend or a bank holiday then the products will not be sent out until the next working day.

Please note: that goods must be signed for by a member of your household upon delivery. If no one is home and the courier is unable to deliver your order they will leave details for you to contact them. You will need to arrange collection of your goods from them at a convenient time to suit. Any uncollected goods will be returned to us after a specified time and will remain in our warehouse for 14 days from receipt. In order to have them resent out the standard delivery charges will apply. Failing this a full refund will be made onto your card minus any delivery charges and £10 handling fee.

Returns

Here at Zoobug we are committed to making your shopping experience as simple and as easy as possible. For that reason we have tried to make our returns policy hassle free.

Zoobug Warranty and Guarantee

As a specialist in children’s eyewear we know that children will be children and therefore provide peace of mind with our 1 year no quibble warranty. This covers against manufacturing faults, wear and tear, even breakages. You can therefore be confident that Zoobugs will last for more than one season. Please note however that our warranty only covers 1 replacement per purchased frame within a 12 month period.

To obtain your replacement sunglasses email us at info@zoobug.co.uk and include the following:

brief description of the fault
attach a photograph of the broken frame
date and place of purchase
copy of proof of purchase like a receipt, invoice or credit/bank statement

Please also include your full name and delivery address where you would like the replacement frame sending to. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a replacement without proof of purchase.

We will endeavour to reply to you within 7-10 days of receipt of your email and a replacement frame will be sent out within 2-3 days after. To prevent delays ensure you provide us with all the information above.

We only charge for delivery at the standard rate (refer to delivery costs table).

What do I do if my sunglasses are faulty and I would like a refund instead of a replacement?

If you believe that your broken frame is due to a manufacturing fault and you require a refund instead of a replacement pair of sunglasses then send us the product (with all the broken bits) plus proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase within 30 days. Any broken frame which you believe to be due to a manufacturing fault after 30 days of purchase is eligible only for a replacement or a credit note to the value of that frame.

All broken frames must be sent back to us via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit. Upon receipt we will carry out a quality control check and issue a response within 14 days. If the frame was broken due to a manufacturing fault then we will issue a full refund including the cost of returning the item on the credit card used to purchase the item within 30 days. Please note that we will only refund the cost of standard delivery which will take up to 3 working days to arrive within the UK and from 5 days to arrive internationally.

How do I return an item which isn’t suitable or if I have changed my mind?

In order to return or exchange any unsuitable item you must obtain a Return Item Code (RIC) by emailing us at info@zoobug.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for returning the item. You will have up to 14 days to return any unwanted items. Any returns received after this time will be exchanged or credited to the value of the frame only.

The sunglasses must be returned in an unworn condition, with the lens sticker still intact plus any cases or pouches which accompanied the purchase. It would help us if you could enclose a note stating your RIC, name, order number and reason for return. Please note that any unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

How do I return sale items?

All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and on obtaining a Return Item Code (RIC) by emailing returns@zoobug.co.uk. Any items returned after this period can only be exchanged or credited up to the value of the frame. Please note that any unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

When will I receive a refund?

Refunds, where applicable will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned goods back onto the same card. This refund will include sales taxes for all EU countries. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are non-refundable.

Will I receive a refund for delivery costs?

The initial delivery costs will be reimbursed providing that the unwanted item is returned within 7 days.

Unfortunately return postage cannot be refunded and all items are returned at the sender's own risk.
